Vancouver, Canada – SynMatrix Consulting, along with eTouch Innovation have partnered with UNic Biotech, the original inventor of Ni-SOD TUN-828™ technology, to establish a joint venture (JV) in British Columbia, Canada. This JV will focus on developing and commercializing health, skincare, and medical products using the groundbreaking Ni-SOD technology.

UNic Biotech, led by Chairman Jason Pan, brings the core technology to the JV, with eTouch as the exclusive licensor. Tai-Yuan Biotechnology, holding international patents and trademarks, will provide intellectual property support, while SynMatrix will oversee R&D operations and regulatory approvals in North America. eTouch will drive fundraising and commercialization efforts, leveraging its extensive industry network.
