The Letter of Intent (LOI), signed on October 20, 2024, lays the groundwork for a joint venture (JV) that will establish Heliartec’s advanced BIPV technology within Thailand’s ELEMENT industrial zone, an innovation hub for intelligent electronics and high-tech manufacturing.

Located in the Eastern Economic Corridor, ELEMENT is a premier development area offering cutting-edge infrastructure, strategic geographic positioning, and government support tailored to high-tech industries. NTP Semiconductors and Heliartec envision this partnership as a platform for advancing sustainable and intelligent building solutions in Asia. The ELEMENT zone, already attracting key players in electronics manufacturing, provides a collaborative ecosystem where Heliartec’s BIPV technology can thrive.
