SynMatrix Consulting has announced an exclusive advisory agreement with Nanobit Tech Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ways Technical Corp. (3508.TWSE), a leading Taiwan-based technology company specializing in innovative electronic solutions. This agreement, effective October 23, 2024, appoints SynMatrix as the exclusive representative for Nanobit in the setup of a joint venture factory in Thailand’s Advanced Special Industrial Development Zone for Intelligent Electronics, known as “ELEMENT.”

Under the agreement, SynMatrix will provide end-to-end support to Nanobit, including identifying and evaluating potential partners, conducting due diligence, and developing a comprehensive joint venture framework. SynMatrix will also guide Nanobit through regulatory and market conditions in Thailand, leveraging its international expertise to ensure a smooth and strategic expansion.
