Effective September 19, 2024, the agreement grants SynMatrix exclusive rights to represent Heliartec in establishing a joint venture factory in Thailand, focused on advancing AEP BIPV technologies and production.

Through this partnership, SynMatrix will support Heliartec’s entry into Southeast Asian markets by providing comprehensive advisory services. SynMatrix’s role includes identifying potential joint venture partners, conducting due diligence, and guiding negotiations on Heliartec’s behalf. The collaboration builds on a longstanding relationship between the two companies, formalized with a Non-Disclosure Agreement in December 2023, and reflects both parties’ commitment to expanding access to sustainable energy globally.
